PadelStreak — Privacy Policy

PadelStreak is a padel match-scoring app for iPhone and Apple Watch. The short version: your data stays yours. It's stored on your device and in your own private iCloud. We don't collect, track, sell, or have access to it.

What the app handles

• Match data — scores, points, sets, duration, match format, and any player names or venues you enter.
• Health & activity — with your permission, the app reads heart rate and active energy from Apple Health (HealthKit) on your Apple Watch during a match, to show alongside your match stats.
• Profile — a display name and an optional photo you choose.

Where it's stored

• On your device, and synced to your own private iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. This sync is strictly between your devices and your iCloud — the developer cannot see or access your private iCloud data.
• If you don't use iCloud, your data stays on your device only.

Live match sharing (optional)

If you choose to share a live match, the current score is temporarily published so that people with your share code can follow along on their own device. It is removed when the match ends. Health data is never shared this way.

Health data

Health data is used only to display your own statistics. It is never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and is handled in accordance with Apple's HealthKit requirements.

What we do not do

• No accounts or sign-up.
• No third-party analytics or tracking, and no advertising.
• We do not sell or share your personal data.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Your control & deletion

You can delete individual matches in the app. Removing the app and its iCloud data deletes your information; you can manage iCloud data in iOS Settings.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change.
